Functional and market oriented support for the Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation (TWS) and client accounts
Problem management across a wide range of service issues including: trade, margin, and risk analysis; account configuration and funding; global exchanges and products (equities, bonds, forex, related derivatives); securities regulations
Opportunity for certification with US and European exchanges
Cash deposit and withdrawal activity, position transfers, and account administrative functions
Order status, trade and delivery settlement, exercise & assignment, expiration processing, and corporate actions
Commission structure, interest and fees
Requirements
University degree or equivalent to Bachelors degree
Experience in exchange trading or brokerage or financial services (US registrations desirable)
Strong verbal and written communication in English to accommodate client inquiries directed via telephone, email or online chat
Strong communication skills (native speakers preferred) in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Russian
In depth understanding of the following financial instruments: stocks, securities options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange and fixed income
Registrations: FINRA Series 7 or ability to obtain this license
Fast learner, proactive and helpful
Working knowledge of various exchange operations and regulations, product offerings and specifications, execution platforms and rules, and margin methodologies
Proficiency in any of the following languages is a plus: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Chinese
